How to be me and you in this rapidly changing landscape?
How do we become authentic and transparent when everything seems to be focused on the external world?
As a family and child therapist for the past 30 years, I feel that there is a simple but not easily accessible answer. I would like to share what I have learned from the hundreds of amazing people that I have worked with over this time.
Daily, we get so much information about how to dress, meditate, exercise, eat, heal ourselves, and live our best lives but what if the missing piece is how to be me. How not to be the person that is giving you the information but be the person that you are meant to be. What if we can tweak our inner knowing and then the magic happens. Then it matters less about the specifics of what we do but more about who we are.

We live in a world with so much information that we forget to listen to the quiet voice within. We will explore what lies beneath the surface of us. And what if the quiet voice is accessible in every moment.
One of these moments for me was the song that brought me to the west coast of Florida. Have a listen here- So Much Magnificence by Deva Premal and Mitten
