I am a psychospiritual counselor. I help clients to integrate their physical and spiritual selves and reach for their joy. We come into this world as pure beings of light and then we forget. This deep exploration helps us to consider the mind, body and spirit in all our decisions.

Often, we seek therapy for one reason, but there are multiple forces underlying the quest.
