      Prequel to the Family Fairy Stories

      It may seem random that I have just started writing fairy tales. However, I have been composing them for many years. When my two daughters were young, I would make up stories about the Mer people living under the sea. There would always be whole colonies of mermen, merwomen, mermaids and merbabies. I would have them living in rainbow worlds where everyone was a healer and a magical swimmer. Sometimes, my daughters and I would go on walks in the parks, and I would talk about magic carpet rides when they got tired or fairy families living in the trees. I loved making up the stories. As they got older, I stopped telling them.

      Then I started writing blog posts. Often, the information would come to me through nighttime dreams. I would start seeing a theme and it would be clarified at night.

      Recently, the fairy stories started and sometimes a good story is the best way to communicate.
