      Abracadabra, The Magic of Words

Words are incredibly powerful. We see this all the time. Listening to the news daily changes us.
Staying in anger and rage changes us.
Saying affirmations of I am loved, I am abundant changes us.
      Watching violence regularly changes us.
Listening to parents or friends arguing changes us.
What we say to ourselves changes us.
What we say while we are eating or drinking changes us.
What we say has a vibration and it stays in our energy field.
Abracadabra is a word that has a history of being used in magical spells. Did you know that it means “I create as I speak”? It was originally used by a second-century physician to protect his patients from sickness.
      Words have so much power.

Masaru Emoto showed us through the microscope how words can affect water. If you curse at water, the molecules change shape. If you bless water, the molecules change shape. Cursing at water seemed to bring a darker, denser pattern to the water and blessing the water brought lightness.

Every day, try to find at least one example of the magic of words and write about it.
      Listening to good news.
      Giving someone a genuine compliment.
Be on the lookout for kindness among strangers.
Observe the connections between animals and children.
      Ask for help.
      Give help when asked.
Reading books that lighten your spirits.
When we notice something, it is important to write it and say it out loud. By doing so, we change our neural pathways and magic happens more often.

Notice the magic, write about it and say it. That is indeed Abracadabra.
